SUMMARY:11th Conference on Recombinant Protein Production
DESCRIPTION:European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB) conferences on recom
 binant protein production are back again after four long years of interrup
 tion. This conference series is organised under the auspices of the Microb
 ial Biotechnology Division of EFB. They address a topic that is instrument
 al in meeting many societal needs\, including food and feed processing\, b
 iopharmaceuticals and vaccines production\, and biobased production of che
 micals. Consequently\, there is a continuous need for new production platf
 orms that can deliver higher quality protein products in a more sustainabl
 e ‘greener’ way.\n\nThis new edition will take place in Spain\, in the
  Catalan city of Girona\, from 17  to 19 October. Jan Maarten van Dijl an
