The Green Chemistry Division (GEQV) of the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry (RSEQ), and the European Society of Applied Biocatalysis (ESAB) are organising the joint conference:
2nd International Symposium on Green and Sustainable Chemistry,
8th International Conference on Biocatalysis in Non-Conventional Media
The event will be held at the Polytechnical University of Cartagena from May 25-29, 2026 and will feature two parallel sessions, including plenary lectures, keynote talks, oral presentations, and poster sessions. The program will highlight the latest scientific breakthroughs in Sustainable, Green, and Circular Chemistry, as well as Applied Biocatalysis, with a strong focus on fostering collaborations between academia and industry.
The conference aims to bring together young researchers (master and PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and professionals from the chemical industry) alongside leading international experts, to exchange and disseminate novel concepts and emerging trends in these exciting fields.
