9th Conference on Physiology of Yeasts and Filamentous Fungi (PYFF)
The Conference on Physiology of Yeasts and Filamentous Fungi (PYFF) —sponsored by the Microbial Biotechnology Division of the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB)— is a premier international scientific event held every three years since its inception in 2001 in Copenhagen. Its primary goal is to bring together researchers from academia and industry who are engaged in the study of the physiology, metabolism, and genetics of yeasts and filamentous fungi, as well as their biotechnological applications.
The ninth edition (PYFF9) will take place in Valencia, Spain. It will be primarily organized by members of the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA), part of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).
