This international conference, organised by the EFB‘s Plant, Agriculture and Food Divsion,will be held in Aveiro, Portugal on 12-14 February 2025.

The event will explore the latest developments in food science and technology. The topics will include:

  • Next-generation food
  • Boosting soil health
  • Food biotechnology ethics
  • Smart packaging innovations
  • Food waste to bioproducts

The scientific programme will consist of keynote presentations, shorts talks, poster presentations, flash poster presentations and networking opportunities.
